The “Housing + Circus” studio, instructed by professor Melissa Peter, was a mixture of understanding the idea of a housing project with the added elements of incorporating another peers concept, and of trying to house a specific demographic and program, being a circus a. Using the Boston City Hall as our formal case study model, we manipulated the section to recreate a three dimension concept, then being given a different peers’ concept and transfuse these elements to a working circus that catered to the city of Boston and to the circus residents living on site.
